Improved Polish translation. Missing information was filled in and errors were corrected.

Change the name LSPosed to Vector in links and for the entry that displays the text in the manager window. After the change, opening the manager will display the text Vector. The shortcut name may also be correct - Vector instead of LSPosed.
Restore default, and update name LSPosed to Vector and 2021 to 2026

This will make the name in the manager appear as Vector. The shortcut should now also be called Vector.
