Beets is NOT writing after import with `write: yes`

After importing, it should write to the file the BPM (autobpm plugin) and the rgain values (replaygain plugin), but none of them are populated into the file. They are, however, populated into Beets' database, which means I can get the files populated by using beet write added:-1d... I guess this also happens with any plugin that modifies the metadata.

Currently on latest beets version.
