[Docs] Roles Page: h3 not used in team administrator card

Current Behavior

All card headers in the Roles page are enclosed in h3 tags, except for Team Administrator. It does not even have an permalink like the other cards do.

Expected Behavior

The card header for Team Administrator should be enclosed in an h3 tag and get a permalink.
