[UI] Content in Left Sidebar is lower than content in right sidebar

Current Behavior

The content in the left sidebar starts off at a lower height than the content in the right sidebar, creating a visual asymmetry

Expected Behavior

It might be a good idea to adjust the padding and margin to make the left sidebar more consistent with the right one
