I was hoping to be able to add in the exe version of this app to the winget manifest.
I have had issues with the new MSIX installers
PackageURL being: https://imagemagick.org/download/#gsc.tab=0
Latest exe download being: https://github.com/ImageMagick/ImageMagick/releases/download/7.1.2-25/ImageMagick-7.1.2-25-Q16-HDRI-x64-dll.exe
@dlemstra is managing the winget so didnt want to update without extra input
